Excellent art, but the story got both somewhat confusing and boring to me. The basis of the story is a sort of detective-related plotline which includes Kamen Tantei, the masked man. There are several small stories within the manga. While the style of the art was delightful as Pet Shop of Horrors was, for some reason I just could not get into the story the way I did with Pet Shop of Horrors. Kamen Tantei seems like a book a younger girl might enjoy, but is probably not one I'd keep for myself to reread aain and again.
