Karla Faye seemed like she genuinely regretted her past choices in taking drugs which led to the murders. She started taking them as a very young child so was not fully responsible for the inital addiction. The story tells of her growing relationships with others, cellmates and author, before her final day. Not the greatest book, but certainly a worthwhile read.
