I am reading Shay's "Close to You" book and, as usual, I found that I have started in the middle of the 'series'.  I found two other books with related characters but I cannot find the one I am most looking for. Did Shay write one about Luke and Kelsey or is their story in "Promised to Keep"?

Promises to Keep is about an undercover Secret Service in a school..joe and Suzanna(that's one I'm still in the process of reading).

one of the reviews here for 'close to you' mention 'Someone to Believe In 'but the description of that one mention Bailey and Clay I think. I'm not sure of her sets of books but hopefully someone here will..Amazon was gonna be my  next step..I know there are 3 that go toether with 'after the fire' in the lineup..think those are about firemen though.

I hate it when I start in the middle of something and it happens a lot!

ETA: after thinking about it, I'm thinking Luke and Kelsey are the other characters in Promises to Keep! I'll have to look(book is n the car) but if she's a teacher and hes' the youngSecret service agent then yes they are in that book...he's undercover as Joe's nephew or son since he looks young!

I read Promises to Keep this past summer and really enjoyed it.  And, yes, Luke and Kelsey were the secondary characters in that book.  I intend to read more of her books.  They are in the ever-growing TBR pile.  LOL

so 'close to you' goes with 'promises to keep'? maybe I'm out of order too..but luke and kelsey meet in promises to keep(also asusmed they 'finished' too LOL but didnt' relize this was a series) I'm plannning or returning to this one next because I was liking it but the subject was a little deep for night shift at the time.
