Has anyone had any trouble getting into her books? I have tired before but I just got the newest one the Vampire and the Virgin which sounds really good but I am having a real hard time getting into it. Anyone else have this problem? Is it worth sticking with it? I guess I just don't care for how its written.

I've read it and found it to be good. Not as good as the others in the series as it didn't seem to have the humor of the other books. The next one is centered on Carlos and I'm sure thats gonna be a good one. I just can't wait for Connor and Gregoris' stories. Those are gonna be priceless I can tell. :)

I love this series though  my faves were the first and fourth one s- Roman's and Jean Luc's stories. I just read the latest and liked it though it didnt have the usual amount of humor  - the woman was being stalked by a serial killer.

This is not my favorite series, but I do like them.  They're good when you just want a light, easy read.

Thanks. I think I might put it aside for right now. I just got Shadow of the Vampire by Meagan Hartfield so I want to start reading that.

I enjoy the series, they are great for when you want something nice, sweet and humor.  The last one, the Vampire and the Virgin wasn't that great, as it didn't seem to have as much humor in it.  But it was still good.

I would love to know Connor's background, what has him so hard against love.  He had to have had something that really hurt him to be that negative.

My favorite is the Undead Next Door, with Jean Luc and Heather, it is the first one I read and I really love it. And the Secret Life of a Vampire, I laughed a lot as I read that one.
