I am looking for exercise dvd's that my nearly 3 year olds and nearly 2 year olds can do from our playroom. I diligently exercise five day a week from dvd's, so this is something I know I can stick with for them- but, I have no idea where to start, or what programs are "fun". I am currently reading about "YogaKids" on amazon.com, but wondered if any SAHM's here have ideas, too? I carbon copied this from CMT.

Try out some DVDs from your public library.  Ours has TONS.  I decided what I wanted, then put them on my SwapaDVD wish list.  I've already rec'd two of them.

Do you get the FitTV channel?  My kids like doing some of that stuff as well...

My girls love Yoga Kids, too.  We have 3.  Also dance workouts,  my 4 year old puts me to shame with my Basic Bellydance dvd.
