Well written children's book about a man who lives by himself in a forest. He befriends all kinds of animals as well as a young girl. Befriending the animals is interesting as they end up living inside with him. And the little girl inadvertently allows a young boy to be involved who brings some excitement to the story. Cute nature type story.
