Losey story, all cut up and jumps around. Hard to keep track of who is who. A CIA killer that does their dirty work, but gets double crossed, and they try to kill him.

From the very beginning I was sucked in and taken on a great thrill ride. The suspense kept me flipping page after page with breathless anticipation. I'm not normally a fan of political thrillers, but the politics is kept enough on the back-burner that it doesn't really affect the reading of the book. We get to be right in the middle of all the action as it's happening. The characters aren't exactly lovable, but they are definitely fascinating. It was a lot of fun trying to figure out who were the bad guys and who were the good guys and which one was going to be whacked next.

This is a definite must-read for those who enjoy books about secret agents. Bourne lovers will eat Flynn's work up. Anyone looking for a bit of suspenseful action should grab this book.

I am a big Mitch Rapp fan and really enjoyed this book. The American Assassin tells you how Rapp got started, and this book is the next one, which shows how Mitch comes into his own. It is a very fast read, interesting and hard to put down. You are cheering for the good guy and the bad guys are plentiful. Mitch has to navigate a "maze" to try and determine who he can trust. Loved it, just as I have loved every other Vince Flynn book. He's a master!!

Don't miss this 2nd Mitch Rapp book. Written after book 12, this book tell you of the early years of Rapp's life.

In the year since the CIA trained and then unleashed him, Mitch Rapp has dismantled, kill by untraceable kill, the network of monsters behind the Pan Am Lockerbie terrorist attack. The hunt leads to Paris, where a deadly trap is sprung as the bullet leaves Rapps silenced pistolfollowed by the discovery of nine bodies, including Libyas oil minister, in one of the citys finest hotels. Washington wants no part of the international crisis, and Rapp is deemed a liability by Stan Hurley, one of his handlers. But as he slips outside their control to operate on his own, it will soon become clear that nothing is more dangerous than a wounded and cornered Mitch Rapp.
