Excellent series. Abby is a little annoying sometimes when she insists on putting herself at risk like the girl in a B movie who learns there's a monster in the basement and rushes down to check it out, but the author's "voice" is very readable and the plot is good.
This is the first book of the series I've read and just loved it, I had a very hard time putting the book down. I just love the who dun it psychic mixture give the who dun it a better spice then the norm. When you finish reading the book you truely want more. Can't wait to read more about Abby and Dutch....
This book was not my favorite. It felt like the author was trying to cram in as much drama and murder as she possibly could, which got a little excessive, in my opinion. Not pleased with the killer- I don't think it made any sense, and was just sort of... random and weird.
Not bad, not great, but I'll continue reading the series!
I was ready to give up on this series, this book was the last chance for me. I was getting so tired of the Dutch/Abby soap opera, because that's what the relationship was like, an annoying, whiny, immature soap opera. So, I was sooo glad when they broke up and Abby went to Colorado. "Finally!", I thought. But guess what, it's not Dutch/Abby I don't like, it's the way the author writes romance that I don't like. I will never understand a woman who is attracted to a man that treats her like a child. And it seems that all Abby's love interest are going to go down that road. Duffy wasn't as bad as Dutch, but seriously, when he called her "Dollface", I threw up a little in my mouth. I don't know if I can stomach any more of Ms. Laurie's "romance", which is to bad since I like the mystery and the psychic twist.

I've read 1-4 so far. Liked them all,but I agree with the other reviews that Abbie can be very annoying in the fact she totally lacks common sense in dangerous situations.
