King Leopold the Second was more a businessman than King. What is remarkable is how he was able to ultimately OWN and entire country, known as the Belgium Congo then and now just the Congo. This book is a history of his activities in the Congo as a business. It is pretty dry and I didn't enjoy reading it much but is the only book covering its subject.
