This book tells the story of a hen,a frog,a cat,two skunks,Little Bear, and Little Bear's Grandmother. Grandmother likes the picture Little Bear sent her alot. So she sent Little Bear a kiss. Then every animal in the forest had to help deliver the kiss!

"A new story about Little Bear always is a cause for cheers. No one-young or old-can resist this charming, chubby little fellow who spreads happiness just by being himself." WASHINGTON, D.C. POST TIMES-HERALD

"Oh, what a nice book! Beguiling as ever, Little Bear draws a picture of a Wild Thing and sends it, via Hen, to Grandmother. Sendak's illustrations are as always polished and delightful." SATURDAY REVIEW
