I just found ou that it was the prequel to Rejar.  I really liked that book so now  I want to read this one!!

I've only read one of her books - something with 'intensity' in the title..have the sequel somewhere in mt tbr!

I think the book you are talking about is High Intensity.  It's actually the sequel to High Energy.  These two books follow the same H and h through a couple of odd "cases."  They are the classic opposites attracting and the cast of characters in these two books is histerical.  LOVED them both.

thanks Heather! I can never remember which is first! I have the other in my TBR and don't know why I didn't go ahead and read it right after the first one since I enjoyed the characters a lot!

I have had all of these Dara Joy books in MT. TBR for over 8 years and still have not read them. I am so glad that they are getting some recognition. I might just push them closer to the top.

there was another thread about Dara Joy a while back..think when she came out with a new book or something..I remember a lot of controversy in it and how the Intensity books were good and another series then she self-published some stuff seems like that readers eithe rdidn't like or got screwed over on prepaying or something..can't remember but I picked up High Energy and High Intensity and read the first but the 2nd is in my TBR. they were good but I think they're differnt from the other stuff she's written.
