I just read Firefly lane  written by Kristin Hannah. And really like her writing. It's the first book I've enjoyed in a long time. Has anyone else read her? And which of her books would you recommend?

I read that book while on a cruise a few months ago.  I read the whole thing in about 2 days and it was a great thing that I was in my cabin for the ending.  I boohooed like a baby.  I haven't read anything else by her yet because I read an interview about that book and she said how it was so much unlikie anything that she has ever written...if you liked that though, try The Godmother.  It was great as well! i'm not sure who wrote it though and I'm too lazy to look it up.

I have read all of the books by Kristin Hannah, not one did I not like, Between Sisters and Magic Hour were two of my favorites. I have all of her books with the exception of Firefly lane still looking for a deal on e-bay for that one.

I too, love Kristin Hannah.   I think Between Sisters is one of my favorites.  But there are NONE that I don't like.   Isn't it fun to find a new author that thrills you??

I recently read Firefly Lane too and loved it! It was an easy read and couldn't put it down. I think I'll try some of her others mentioned above.

Check out my bookshelf.

The only book I've read by her is Magic Hour, and I loved it.  I thought it was a fascinating topic (feral children).  Actually I listened to it on CD, but there were quite a few evenings when I pulled into my garage and just sat there listening! :)
