I liked this book. It told the story of the Company LL Bean and not so much the man LL Bean. It is told through the eyes of LL Bean's grandson Leon Gorman, with interweaving quotes from people that worked in the company. That got a little old after awhile. All in all I enjoyed reading the roller coaster ride of a business as it profited, grew, fell, and then grew again. About mid book it got pretty repetitive and you probably could have cut about 100 pages from it but it was still enjoyable.
