Can someone PLEEEEEAAAAAAASSSSSE Help me??????? 
Here's the scenario:

Two book orders are needing postage labels printed. I clicked on the FIRST order to print, both orders' labels printed, seperately.  That is FINE.  I paid for both labels, everything looked good.  PBS will not recognize that I printed and paid for the label for the 2nd order.  My "buyer" is now waiting for this book because I dont want to have to void the printed label and start over with her book already "sent".

I've pm'd Live help and gotten nowhere.  Please help!!

Did you try just opening the second wrapper without any postage? 

ETA: I just checked the help center for info on bulk orders. You do have to open (but not print) both wrappers.  You will also have to mark both books mailed.

Thank you Ronda....  I've tried both options and it won't let me print without paying postage, or at least DC.  The label I have printed is ready to go, I just need to mark it as SHIPPED.   Any idea how to do that??

A different person PM'd me through Live Help a couple hours ago and was having a similar problem.  I wonder if there is an issue with printable postage right now.  I'd suggest sending in feedback using the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page.  Your Live Help person likely won't be able to do much to help you because we don't get account access.  However, the site owners do, so like I said, go ahead and send them a message.

You are 100% certain that the label you printed matches that order? Check your money registry to make sure that it shows that specific order in there as being deducted from your account. If it is, then I would wait for someone to help you. 

Check your archive to make sure you didn't accidentally hit the cancel order button and then the person reordered. (In that case they would mark it rec'd from the archive)  

You could just print a non-postage-paid label and mark it mailed, but you would not get instant credit for it.
