NO matter what I do I get errors.  They won't print with either IE or Firefox.  I keep getting errors that Adobe can't open them and when I cancel Adobe it gives me another error. I have 5 books to mail tomorrow and I don't know what to do.  I've already paid for DC on a bulk order and so I at least want to print that one.

Well I finally found the lable but boy was that a pain.   But I can live with it until my new computer comes.

Mary - it sounds like Adobe started to update, but didn't finish the update.  Did you try to reinstall Adobe Reader?   Probably, but first best guess :)

I was finally able to save the labels to Microsoft word.  I recently downloaded an updated version of Adobe.  It kept saying that Adobe couldn't open the file in a web-browser and to close the web browser and any running editions of adobe.  But I didn't have any edtions of Adobe open.  And when I went to Adobe the lables weren't there.  But it let me save them to Word and I printed them from there.

Well now it just let me print 2 from the Firefox Downloads thingy.  It didn't let me print the others from there. So who knows.  I have a new computer coming.  So I don't think I'm going to keep messing with it-unless I can't get any to print again at all.

I love new computers  - they have a certain feel to them when they are new!  Congrats on the new computer and enjoy!
