A short, fast read, about a widow slowly coming back to life after three years of numbing grief, whose brother is on the run from accusations of jewel theft. She meets a duke who has the most beautiful and talented actress in Bath as his mistress, and a sister who is about to marry the wrong man. Nice Bath setting but a little lacking in the drama department. Heath is always a good storyteller and this is readable but not her best.
