This book was humorous and very entertaining. I thoroughly enjoyed it and would like to read more of her works.

I love historical fiction, and this is one of the best I've read! I love the strong female lead character; none of those simpering, fainting, weak-minded women here! The lead male character is delicious as well. I really like this author's historical fiction; she has also written a bunch of books under the name Meg Cabot (The Princess Diaries series for young adults, for one, and many more for adult readers.)
