I am guilty of making resolutions and then letting them slip away within a few days, weeks, months... just like most of the human population.  But, this year is going to be different!  Here are my resolutions:

#1 resolution is to STOP PROCRASTINATING.  If something needs to be done but can't be done NOW, I will schedule it!  I have always been really good about folllowing through on my scheduled things.. I think it's gonna work!

#2 is to seriously stick to a plan to lose weight!  I need to lose 50 lbs.  Right now it is difficult because I am unable to get much exercise, if any, due to severe sciatica.  Without health insurance, I haven't had any medical intervention.  This is my second bout and worse than the first time!

#3 is to SMILE more.  I am known for my smile, but I think I can give more!

So, wish me luck... and I wish the same for you!

Hugs,  Lala

I know most insurance doesn't cover it, but try acupuncture for your sciatica.  I swear by it.  I had severe sciatica for 6 months and I couldn't make one step without being in pain.  Five sessions later....it was gone.  It was a miracle!  I thought I'd be in pain forever.  Try it if you can!

I'm taking one of your resolutions and I'm going to make sure to smile more too!

Good luck to you!  Happy and Health New Year!    Jennifer
