I'm usually terrible at fulfilling my resolutions and I had stopped making them for the last few years. But this year, I really want to strengthen my will power so I'm going to just make a couple of resolutions which I believe are achievable if I really put my mind to them.

My 2009 resolutions are:

1) Learn to speak Spanish fluently

2) Exercise at least 4 times a week to become more healthy

and my last resolution, which I may have no control over in the end, is ... 3) To keep my job and not get laid off.

I'm making a start .. today I went to the gym in the morning for an hour before work, and I'm planning on buying a copy of the Rosetta Stone for Spanish before the end of the week.
