I was pleasantly surprised at how well this book was written and how much I enjoyed it. One of the factors in a book that 'grabs you' is identification with the characters and I definitely could do that with Ben, a 69-year-old who runs a gym in Brooklyn. The story itself is interesting with a number of other well-written characters. Douglas certainly learned a lot about story telling during his many years in the movies. I recommend this book.
