My all time favorite book is Kim, by Kipling. I read the sequel, The Imperial Agent, last year. While I enjoyed reading it, it won't go on my list of favorites. I feel the same about this, the third book in the 'trilogy.'

I can understand where the author, T.N. Murari, of the last two books in this 'trilogy' is coming from, but that doesn't mean I wish he had given Kim a better ending.

The part I don't understand, or perhaps dislike, is his use of demons and magic in this story. This is not a reference to them, as Kipling did in Kim, but the actual presence of them as real. I felt this detracted from the story.
