this is my all time favorite cookbook!
it is interesting, has great recipes and great nutritional facts,
plus a great cooking chart for grains...
but, some how.. i ended up with 3!! copies!(i don't think i need all 3)
While we, as a family, are not likely to go fully vegetarian, I'm working on a good flexitarian way for us. This book gives great ideas for vegetarian food, and I'm looking forward to trying a good number of the recipes.
I do not agree with her spiritual point of view (Hindu/Buddist like), which she expresses throughout the book... but I can live with agreeing to disagree. ;-))
loved this book since it first came out when I was in college...great recipes to ease you into better cooking and eating.
Chock full of nutritious stuff from an author who fully understands the value of homemaking.
Insightful and informative guide to vegetarian living
So far, I really am enjoying this book and it is full of great information on how to feed your family a homemade vegetarian diet. I love the HUGE section on bread making!!!
This is a good vegetarian cookbook of over 400 recipes!
