Gives some basic phrases and vocab. I ended up a German student instead of a Spanish student, so I don't have much use for it.
I haven't "studied" the whole book yet, but it looks like it is a well-organized book. When I bought it I intended to learn Spanish - unfortunately, this has bee put off for a while. I hope to start soon.
