This book was so boring that I couldn't finish it. It was predictable and without much personality.

Maybe I'm having an 'off' day, but I just could not get into this book. I thought the heroine was shallow, self-centered, & had absolutely nothing on her mind but to marry.
Her love would rescue her neighborhood rake, who was supposed to be a wild rogue, but was really a thoughtful, sensitive soul. Everything about this story was just so cliched that I gave up. Maybe you have the fortitude to stick with it; I didn't. There's too many good stories out there to waste time on this one.

This may not be a literary great but it was a good romance with a little mystery thrown in.
