If there are any, I would love to have them, unabridged. When I do a search, audiobooks for Childs don't even come in the "all books" selection. Do any exist?

Yes -- they exist. Here's the PBS link: Lee Child Audio Books.  But beware -- some are abridged and some are unabridged -- so you need to choose carefully.

ETA: It's not always easy to figure out whether the version is abridged or unabridged [very annoying, indeed], so I find that googling the ISBN number usually gives you the answer.
