Does anyone know of anyone doing these types of novels in the Christian market. I already know about Robert Whitlow and James Scott Bell for legal thrillers. In the medical end, Harry Lee Kraus and Tim Downs (The Bug Man series) write a more medical thriller. But, are there any others? Who are the best? |

sandra glahn just released a book called Informed Consent (cook publishers) Jeremy Cramer, M.D. is the next Einstein of infectious disease research. While working on a way to revive water submersion victims, he makes a breakthrough discovery in AIDS research that thrusts him into the center of a media frenzy. But the publicity turns negative and his marriage reaches the breaking point when he accidentally infects a colleague and his negligence allows his son to contract a lifethreatening disease. The viruses test the limits of his new formula and his ethics. In his frantic efforts to save his son and his marriage, he must decide whether to allow his child to die or violate the rights of a young transplant donor. The choice forces him to stand face-to-face with the unfathomable love required to sacrifice an only son. |

Hannah Alexander books are medical mysteries most of the time. The husband part of the writing team is a physician and many of the books feature that angle. Randy Singer is another good legal thriller writer. I have heard of Jerome Teel, but haven't read anything by him. Same with Craig Parshall

Try these on for size: Lethal Harvest by William Cutrer and Sandra Glahn (Bioethics Series #1) and Deadly Cure by William Cutrer and Sandra Glahn (Bioethics Series #2) These two are really good authors, and I think you would enjoy them. They are both Christians, and write from that POV. Last Edited on: 12/28/07 2:12 PM ET - Total times edited: 1 |
