Just announced as a December release, Leisure will be publishing Wrath's first full novel, Succulent Prey.  The premise behind the story is what if being a serial killer is caused by a communicable disease that inflicts people with the desire to kill? Wrath is one of the most extreme hardcore horror authors out there and has been writing his vein of "siction" (sick fiction) for a few years now, having also collaborated with Monica O'Rourke (Poisoning Eros), and Edward Lee (The Teratologist).  Succulent Prey had previously been released as a limited hardcover and TPB, and this is the first of his works to be available as a mmpb.  Previous works include the novella "His Pain", and the short story collection "Book of a Thousand Sins".   Wrath is wrapping up his career as a Muy Thai kickboxer to concentrate on his writing.  If you google his name, you can find his blog if there is any interest.

To be honest, I haven't read past page 1 of Book of  a Thousand Sins. I think I'm afraid to. Lol. I did read Teratologist, which I didn't much care for though it wasn't as bad as people made it sound.

I had to take Sins in small doses, reading stories from a bunch of anthologies at once, and rotating so I only read 1 or maybe 2 stories in a row.  I've read 2-3 other  short stories not in Sins, and thought they were pretty decent.  His Pain fell apart at the end.  I have not read Posioning Eros, but I hear that it will hopefully be rereleased together with the sequel under 1 cover.  I have read Suffer the Flesh by O'Rourke, and that was pretty graphic.  I had greatly wanted The Teratologist when it came out from Medium Rare, but it folded before I got to it, and I haven't gotten around to the rerelease of it.  Have you read Gast, by Ed Lee?  It was supposed to be his return to hardcore.  I enjoyed it, but it wasn't as extreme as I would have thought.

I can send you Teratologist if you want. Just PM me a credit and your address. Maybe that's stupid since I can probably get $40 for it on Ebay, but I'm not really into buying and selling books for profit. I also read Suffer the Flesh. Rourke and White both write well, which I like very much. I'll have to look out for Poisoning Eros.

I have not read Gast.
