My copy is signed by the author (I met him in Portland, Oregon). This colorful book gives helpful design advice for every room in the house. I'm passing this on since I now live in Hawaii and the interior designs featured do not pertain to island style homes. Any fan of Michael's TV show will enjoy this book.

A quick read with lots of pictures. Very superficial handling of simple design questions (can my room be all one color? how do I fit all the fixtures into my tiny bathroom? etc.) A good one to get from the library because you'll be done with it inside of a couple of hours.
