Even though I am well past my teenage years, I read this book just to see how inspirational it was for the younger generation. I really loved this book for it's simplicity. Each section or topic, which is in alphabetical order starting with Adversity, gave a small introduction to the meaning of the word or subject then scripture verses pertaining to the topic, and ending with a prayer for dealing with it in your own life. And in the back of the book, there is a schedule for reading the Bible in a year. It is a very good read for anyone, young or old to connect with help for everyday Christian living!
