Tell me why I should read this author. Please!!! lol

Yesterday at BN I had yet another person tell me (as we were both perusing the mysteries) that I should read her books. I've had them here at home but would end up posting them or giving them to FOL because I just never seemed to be in the mood to read her. I would be in the mood to read other mysteries, just not hers.

I have had dozens of people tell me how wonderful she is. What am I missing???

Whatever it is I'm the same way.  I simply cannot get into her books.  :)

You have a bunny?  We feed wild bunnies.

You shouldn't read anything you don't enjoy. Who do you need to impress?

Think I read a couple of hers years ago.  They obviously didn't do anything for me because I never read any more!!  Can't remember why at this point!  As my grandmother would have said..."everyone to their own opinion said the old lady as she kissed the cow"! cheeky

I've read a few Lisa Scottoline books--really liked some and others were just "meh".  She's really hit or miss for me.  It's been a while though.  I'll probably pick up one of her books again, but don't know when--have so much on my TBR pile as it is!  But, that doesn't stop me from adding more or picking up other books when I visit the library.

I just read one of her books  "Don't Go".      It was okay but nothing to push on someone.

Ok .... then I'm not going to worry about it anymore. lol I kept thinking I was missing some wonderful author - and I don't want to do that. Truly, I never even cracked open one of the books I had here. They just sat and collected dust until I sent them packing.
