I want to create a list of the swaps I am in.  I want to include the name of the swap, the book I plan to swap, the date I sent credit, the date I sent book and the date I receive my credit returned.  I went to do it in create a list, but it looks like I can only list books there.  Any help would be appreciated.

I have been pm'g myself, but that is a pita!

Adrienne - some of us are using the bulletin board feature or the about me portion of the profile to do this.  Unfortunately, the lists are only for books.  I do know some that put their swap books on a private list and then use the note feature on each book for the swap information.

Adrienne, I'm one of those that has a list of swaps I'm in on my bulletin board.  Right now, there is only the one VB I'm in because I cut back on all the rest, but at least it will still give you one example to work from.  Just set it up how it works best for you :)  I've been able to keep track of multiple swaps (my max is 5-6, then it becomes more like work and less like fun) with very little problem.

I used to just put it in my profile.  I also wrote them down in a notebook so I could look if the computer was occupied or off.  I'll probably just use the Bulletin Board now.  A lot of people put links to the swaps their in in their signatures. I imagine that's a good way to remember which ones you are in if you post a lot.  Antoher idea is to create a personal tag. When you have books you want to use in a game you are in you can give them this tag.  Then use the little note feature that only you can see to show which game it's for and the games status.  I just wouldn't put Adrienne or StarvinArtiste if  you are going ot tag books you haven't revealed yet. But a code for you like ASA-game books or something.  I use my dog's name for all my personal tags because it stands out to me. So if I tag a book Ozzie Unpostable-I can bring up a list of  my unpostables but anyone looking at the book won't think I'm trying to say that a posted version of the book is unpostable.

Adrienne, like a few other people here, I use my Bulletin Board to keep track of my swaps.   It works great.  I believe I told  you about this before because  you and I have been on quite a few swaps together.  If you want to see my BB, let me know, because I have it set to "only Friends".
