Hilarious and touching. Fun to have insight into the NY Broadway/acting world. Also nice to know that "nice girls" CAN get far in this crazy world. Recommended.

FINALLY! A Movie/TV/Broadway star auto-biography w/o drugs, sex involved! What a breath of fresh air. Talks about how she was adopted at 5 days old, her faith, her 'Mega Hit TV Show' "Kristin" and of course "Wicked". She also mentions a few movie stars she met and how she was amazed they knew who she was and would take the time to go backstage to meet her. (Julie Andrews, Catherine Zeta-Jones to name a few) Some great pictures of her early life (big 80s hair lol) and her pagent days as well. Also mentions that she had wanted to be an opera singer originally which I never knew. Highly recommended if you enjoyed "Wicked" or her tv show "Pushing Daisies". :)

A very well written biography that entails all her broadway plays, growing up in Oklahoma, and the TV shows that she has starred in. She stills has a lot of life to live for another biography to be produced, but for now this one is just right.

Ok, this book was fantastic! Kristin Chenoweth is hilarious and this book was a laugh out loud read the entire time. Not a full fledged autobiography, this book tells stories of her life and career and how her faith and finding love played into it thus far. She is proud to be from Oklahoma and proud to be a Christian in Hollywood, though not everyone agrees with her views; this is detailed further in the book.
I loved this book, I loved Kristins stories, I loved her attitude and positive outlook, I love her friendship with her best friend Denny (who Id like to meet now), and I recommend this book to anyone looking to get to know a laid back, dedicated, very talented, ambitious woman in Hollywood. She might only stand 4 feet and 11 inches tall but she is a talent powerhouse that has no limits.

If you're a theatre or Kristin Chenoweth fan, then this is the book for you. The book is filled with little stories from her life about family, career, love, etc. If you've followed her career, some of the stories are ones you've heard before. Though it was written with another person, this book definitely sounds like Kristin. I enjoyed that it was written in the first person, and there are a few interesting bits.

Definitely worth picking up.

Very enjoyable read. Witty, funny, and it flowed well. There were some spots that were a bit tough for me since I do not follow Broadway and was not sure of whom she was speaking..but otherwise I Loved It!

I enjoyed this book, but I only gave it four stars because she doesnt delve too deeply behind the surface.
