Little Visits introduces Biblical concepts similarly to Big Thoughts, but is targeted toward an older audience. There are limited line drawing illustrations and the stories are slightly longer. Each segment includes a story, a Bible verse, a suggested additional reading from the Bible and a prayer. Each devotion is approximately 1 and one half pages long and there are 298 pages total. Theres a lot to work with in this soft cover book. Topics include holding a grudge, what God made, giving and receiving, lying, mean people, angels and many more. We are still working through this devotional and I am very pleased with the fruits of our efforts thus far.

Devotions for families with grade school children.

Each daily "visit" includes a brief life-related, bible-based story, and extended Bible reading for parents and older children, discussion questions for deeper understanding, and a short family prayer. Try it in your home today, and see what a difference it makes!
