Is the 'Live Help' option no longer real? Half an hour ago I picked one of two volunteers listed as active on 'live help' and sent my question, but have yet to hear back.

There is often a delay in removing names when folks log out. So my name stays active for over 5 minutes. Or with phones, if you close the window rather than logging out, you might end up being listed.
