This year I want to live as well as I can.

At the end of the year, I want to look forward to the next year. 

My wife has dementia.  She is 69.  There was supposed to be Golden Pond.

Life is not easily tolerated.  I want to run away.

By year's end, I want a better picture.

Have a good year...breathe deeply...be grateful for life and loved ones...play with your grandchildren...or grandparents...smile a lot...take notice of the beauty in your life.  Be happy.  Make love.
