I really like the quaint English village mysteries with the unwordly vicar, the post office/general store gossipers, the quaint cottages, the nosy busy body cleaning lady, the local bobbies and of course the English Chief Inspector who always seems so clueless and inept, but is really sharp as they come. This book has all the characters plus the town's local femme fatale, the adulterous husband with the scorned good placid wife, missing children, child pornography, and of course murder. A good read.

Could not get into this book. I really don't care for English Mysteries.
