Mr. Maddron puts the maxim "know thyself" into down-to-earth terms which are easy to understand and easy to apply. It is fascinating to see who you and others really are, and "why they act that way," for maybe the very first time. And it is thrilling when you begin to apply this knowledge and see that it works!
