I found this somewhere else, and ordered....3 :)  Well, technically, my mom ordered one, my husband ordered one, and i ordered one.  I hope they can all go on the same amazon acct.... we'll see.

Anyone actually GET their Amazon certificate yet?  I wanted to order some stuff today but I never got the e-mail they promised today. 

Maybe I'm just impatient (it is still early in the day) but the last time I tried to buy a Groupon (I know, different place - but same concept) it never came and I could never figure out how to get it  - so I'm worried.

This is my third deal with them so I don't expect a problem in getting my GC.  It may take a little longer than the usual 1 day turnaround cuz of the 1,301,296 deals sold though.  That has got to break some kind of record!

I went on to my account there and its still pending. Then I checked my bank account and nothing has been taken out yet. I suspect the volume is slowing things down. Or, its the biggest internet credit card scam ever and a lot of us will need to get new cards from our banks! Hopefully the former. I did hestitate before I bought the card and went online to see if I could find anything negative but I didn't.

Sounds like they got caught in a stampede. Lots of people saying their cards haven't been charged yet, but that doesn't mean they won't get to them. Gotta have time to process everything.

Spent mine so fast this morning it made my head spin!

Prepaid gift cards typically have a 10-15 percent “breakage” rate of people who forget to redeem them.

I did not intend to be one of those 10-15% mentioned in the news article.
