Can I 'see' anywhere the dates and times I was logged in here?  My account is showing 3 WL  books cancelled on me when I know I was on site within 48 hours-- one  says it was offered on 18 August. the other 2 say offered on 23 August, but I never saw those offered to me though I was on here on the 23rd but they may have been posted after I left site.  Then on 25th I put my acct on vacation hold but had no outstanding offers when I did it so those wishes just should have skipped over me, not shown up in my archive as cancelled due to no response.

My first thought was that the posting member meant to post them to a friend or another member they had made a swap agreement with, so pulled them when they realized their mistake -- However, to happen 3 times seems a bit much.   I don't think a time log is available to us, but you can always send a note to PBS and ask about them.  If it was just one, I'd probably ignore it - but 3 WL books when you are sure you were here within the time limit... I'd ask.

Were those wish listed book on auto request? If so, and you have book and if needed swap credits, they should have just come to you automatically vacation hold would not matter. Just curious, if PBS is saying you failed to respond to 3 WL requests, did they take any action to suspend your account? Others on the forums have indicated PBS does this after 2, although I have yet to see anywhere that PBS specifies what and when action is taken after multiple non replies to WL. Although this is not your situation, if PBS has not taken action, it is no wonder the abandoned accounts are still so problematic.

Perhaps they will reinstate your #1 position if this was their glitch. Good luck. Hope they do.

Your browser history might show the days and times you got on to the website.  It wouldn't show how long you stayed on the site, but could confirm that you were on the site during that 48-hour windown.

Web servers log all your interactions, page by page. The PBS servers keep track of when you log on and off and everything you do on the site (as does every single website you visit), but sometimes it's hard to extract that data for one person from the servers' logs. It can't hurt to ask them if they have it parsed out in a way they can access it though.

Are the books still on your WL.. then they cancelled for what ever reason not much you can do about it.  If they aren't and you know for sure you were here, I would contact tptb

well, I haven't been suspended so maybe they saw my regular signing on and gave me the benefit of the doubt.  I have been regularly mailing out books too with hubby sending the ones that are at home.
