I too have Firefox, without any Facebook login. Check with PBS to see if others are having the same issues?

There are two different login pages, that I know of.

One has the login fields at the left edge of the screen. There is a blue button to log into Facebook there, but you don't need to use that. Use the empty fields for e-mail (or nickname) and password to log in. I usually see this page when I log out of PBS.

The other login page is the one I always use, my bookmark. The log in fields are in the center of the screen and the page does does not have the blue Facebook button. The URL for this page is

I also, being a wise person, use FireFox.

Try logging out of Facebook on any browser pages you have open. I think if you are logged into FB on any browser page, you'll be offered the FB login for PBS.

I usually don't log out of FB.... but never had this happen before, I haven't done anything different-  it's not really a problem because I usually don't log out of pbs....  I just close the page
