A fast, fun read - not deep and not particularly well-written, but the ending will stay with you. If you saw the movie (starring Colin Farrell) you probably think you know what's going to happen in the book, but this is one of those stories that was altered drastically to better fit a particular hollywood star/starlet and in the process not much remained the same. I read to the end waiting for the movie ending - and was shocked to find myself completely surprised by a twist that I'm still obsessing over. The last two pages are worth the entire book. Recommended as light reading, and not for the faint of heart due to graphic violence and pervasive rough language.
