Did anyone else get this book (I coudln't wait and ordered mine from Amazon)? If you did, do you have a page 362? Mine skips from page 362 to 363 and there is a blank page between those 2 pages. I contacted Kensington and also Amazon. I got a refund from Amazon because they can't send a replacement. Hopefully they discovered the blank page! I dont' care--I just want to know what's on that page considering it's very near the end of the book (like 4 pages from the end!).

I ordered it from B&N but I haven't received it yet.  Geez-I'd be going crazy!  Have you contacted MJP?  She's very responsive to fan inquiries-in my experience at least.

UPDATE: Just checked her author site--and she has the missing text from that page up on her website :) Yay!
