I'd like to know what the top 500 most wished for books are? How hard would that be to do? |

I agree a longer list would be very handy. If 500 is too many, I'd be happy with the top 100. What would be even nicer is to have that list with the Title, author and binding listed in a list format (no pictures), so it would be easy to print out. |

I'm confused...I looked at the Club Wish List today...narrowed it down to Mysteries/Thrillers and ended up with 2800+ books! I got there by clicking on Club Wish List (2nd to the last entry under Search), and from there, you can narrow the categories and sort in all kinds of ways. I use IE and the Top 50 anything locks up, but that one worked like a charm, just slow to load because of all the pics. That makes Adrienne's idea nice! |

Just go to advance search, search WL books only and sort it descending. That'll put the most WL books on top and the least WL books on bottom. You can even narrow it by genre and binding if you wanted. I did this the other day when searching for Urban Fantasy books to use for a game. The game required a certain # of WL and cover picture. I narrowed the search to paperbacks only as I didn't want to buy a hardcover. |

I just double checked it and it worked and only took a minute to bring up. I did have to resort it a second time because on the main advanced search page it doesn't give you the option to sort by # of WL. But it does when it brings the first list of books up. Thank you Mary for this information. I looked and looked for a wish list book last night to use in a swap. If I had sorted it this way it would have taken me about 5 minutes instead of ages. Thank you ~ thank you!
