The information presented is not especially groundbreaking, but it is given over in a friendly and humorous way. Basically, you follow eight essential steps toward a more healthful and productive life. I did not enjoy the recommendation to take chemicals and medicines as a way of promoting a healthier life. Vitamins, certainly. I'll stipulate to those. It seems counter-intuitive to me to take a pill for something, and the pill may give me a side effect that leaves me feeling unwell in a different way. Why would I do that?
