I read this a few years back( 1996 ?) and cant remember the author or title.

 

It was about a woman baker who gets caught after dark in a house where a vampire is chained up. She ends up saving him and they become involved. She lives with a witch.

 

She is a local baker and everyones raves about her creations.

 

I would love to read it again!
