Argh. I know of 2 books that fit this theme. Both are American Historicals, one where she's the indentured one and one where he is indentured.  I thought the first one was Bayou Moon but I just searched that and didn't see the book (I would recognize the cover I think).  It's probably about 10yrs old.  He needs a wife to get his inheritance and please his ailing father (grandfather?) but doesn't really want a "wifte" (they never do).  So he gets an indentured servent right off the boat from England to clean up and pass off as his fiance.  She's really of the gentry but running away with her brother.  It starts with them in England and goes through their ship journey.

I didn't read the other one. But I think the gist of the plot is that she needs a man to help her run her farm. So she gets an indentured servent but he's really a nobleman who is either running from something or has been falsly convicted or who knows.

I will see if I can remember the titles.

Karen Robards has two in which the guy is an indentured servant.

Night in Eden by Candace Proctor is a very good one in which the heroine is a convict/indentured servant.

Let award-winning author Patricia Potter sweep you from the wild Scottish Highlands to the shores of colonial Maryland, where an unwilling warrior has become a captive--to the passionate heart of a beautiful woman, and the dreams that have made him herStarfinder. — Ian Sutherland should have hanged for his treason against the British Crown, along with his brother and the other Scottish freedom fighters. But he was spared, only to be shipped to Maryland and sold as an indentured servant--a fate worse than the death he'd expected. Ian has sworn nothing will stop him from escaping and returning to Scotland to salvage what's left of his clan, until his master's sudden death leaves a young widow, Fancy Marsh, alone to care for her family--and to keep her cruel, covetous brother-in-law from taking what's rightfully hers. Honor compels Ian to help Fancy, and love, stronger than a bondsman's chains, binds their souls. Yet Robert Marsh will not relinquish his claim on Fancy without a struggle, and Ian finds he is forced to fight again--for his love...and his life.
