I just bought a limited membership so hello everyone. I hope I'm posting this right.

I found the Ann Ross Miss Julia books and thought they were so funny that I want to read the rest. There's about 9 left I need so I'm wondering if anyone has a bunch on the shelf they would be willing to make a deal on?

Also someone suggested I'd like the Annie Griffin and the Covington Ladies series so I've just ordered the first book in each one of those series to try them out and I'm open to other series suggestions.

I am also looking to try the Sarah Winston Garage Sale series and Kathleen Bridges.

I'm also trying to get the last couple of Elaine Viets dead end mysteries and the last of Jane Cleland's books which I already know I like.

Basically female detectives, female authors - a cat involved is great, characters of "a certain age" are good -humor is a super plus (but not slapstick), and I usually always like a good antique or pets thrown in.  Somewhat realistic - no supernatural or talking animals etc.

So if you have suggestions as to what to read I'm open to them, and  also if you have a bookshelf filled with these kinds of books that you want to make a deal on - I'm open to that too.
