I am looking for deals, as well as suggestions, for "easy" (read: few ingredient recipes) cookbooks, published 2000 - present. I am also searching for crockpot cookbooks. If you have any suggestions, or can make me a deal, please post here!

1 that is called Light and Easy, and three low fat or no fat ones.  I'm not sure how many ingredients as I haven't looked at them in years.  I can do a 2 for 1 if you are interested in any.
