On the 19th everything my family owns was destroyed by a housefire.  Many generous people in our community have donated items to us including books for me and for my younger kids.  However my almost 15 y/o son (his birthday is in less than 2 weeks) has nothing to read.  He had just started reading the Dark Tower series from Stephen King (I had the whole set).  In general my son likes si-fi and horror and Dungeons and Dragons. He had quite a few of the Dungeons and Dragons rule books and DM books that were destroyed.   He likes Stephen King and R.A. Salvatore.  Can anyone help me out with a deal on maybe the first two Dark Tower books or even something in that genere appropriate for a teenager?  Reading level difficulty isn't an issue - several years ago he tested at college level comprehension.  I'm also looking for a few books for my 12 y/o daughter.  She's not quite as a voracious of a reader as my son is but she does enjoy a good book.  I'm really not sure what to pick out for her.  She had the Little House on the Prarie box set which I know that she enjoyed.  She also had several Madeleine L'Engle books that were her favourites.  I'm not sure what to ask for for her but it would be nice for her to have a few books.  She's a 7th grader and reads well above grade level.

Thank you for your time.

Liz
