I have the 1st 3 Star Wars books in one volume in hard cover, (sans Dust jacket) on my bookshelf, but it's not on your list.

It's New Hope/ The Empire Strikes Back/ The Return of the Jedi. Sorry I can't help out...but your post looked so lonely, I had to reply. Consider it a free bump!
